Recap
Serbia welcomes Norway in the first of two qualifying matches for the European Championship 2024. Both teams enter the fight for first place in the group with maximum points. This will be an opportunity for the Serbian team to avenge their painful defeat at the World Championship. Then Serbia lost by three goals, but they led for almost 45 minutes. Coach Toni Đerona will have a headache because he can’t count on two important players, Petar Đorđić (scored 5 goals in the last match against Norway) and goalkeeper Vladimir Cupara (Veszprém). Norway arrived in Novi Sad in the strongest lineup with players like Sander Sagosen (Kiel), Petter Øverby (Kiel), Harald Reinkind (Kiel), Gøran Johannessen (Flensburg), Christian O`Sullivan (Magdeburg), and many other top quality players. This will be a tough game, but I think that Norway has enough experience to win the match.
