The fourth round of this year’s Allsvenskan is just around the corner, where Varbergs is going by bus to Jämtland, which is more than 1000 km distance and 13 hours travel. The home team has started the season in a stable way with a victory and two draws, where their last point was won away against Malmö. Varbergs in the premiere away against Mjällby won one point and then has two home losses against Elfsborg and Djurgården. Manager Jocke Persson was really angry, because of the long journey to this match, where they need to sleep on the bus. Against Östersund, they will have to do without Andre Boman, Daniel Krezic, and Montader Madjed who will be sidelined with injuries.
Ostersunds looked stable backward and had an excellent game, especially against Malmö. They have been impressive in the home games against Orebro and won with 5:0. Many players are in good shape, so dangerous for Varbergs defense will come from all sides. Today only Frank Arhin is out due to suspension, the rest two are long-term absence.
This will be an interesting match, where I think that Ostersunds have an advantage and expect to grab another three points.
