Recap
Before the last round of the second Montenegrin league, the question which team from Grbalj and Zeta will be relegated is still open. Grbalj has 3 points lead over Zeta, and needs a point to avoid relegation. They are going to Podgorica against already promoted Mladost DG, who has +5 points from 2nd placed Berane.
Today Zeta addressed a press release, as they state, not only to the public, but also to the association of referees. They want to draw attention to the chief referee Vojin Vojinović, who is refereeing the match between Mladost DG and Grbalj. They want to inform the public that there have been too many refereeing errors in the past period for them to believe that it was a coincidence. Namely, in just two rounds against Zeta, as many as four penalties were whistled, which directly damaged the club by 8 points compared to the main competitor for relegation Grbalj.
The above-mentioned referee Vojin Vojinović, who was delegated on today’s match awarded two penalties against Zeta, and now in the last round, due to strange circumstances or coincidences, once again had the opportunity to complete the work he had started, to kick out Zeta in the third league.
The rumors in Montenegro said that Zeta will be for sure relegated in one or another way, so I believe that this match will end in a boring draw, which is enough for Grbalj to keep their place in the second league. Also, Grbalj suddenly found a good form with only 1 defeat (away against Zeta) in the last 5 matches.
