Kalisz handball players will face newly promoted Legionowo in their second home match of the new ORLEN Superliga season. Both teams have a chance to get their first points this season. Kalisz changed the coach last week to Rafał Kuptel, who did a very good job in Gwardia Opole for several good years. This change should result in the Kalisz team starting to climb up the table. They have a very nice and solid lineup who are better than the youth team of Legionowa. The newcomer from Legionowo has not yet scored points after returning to the ORLEN Superliga. So far, it has faced teams from Lubin, Głogów, and Gdańsk, losing all matches 24:31, 31:23 and 35:36. The Kalisz team cannot count the beginning of the 2023/24 season as a success but with Rafał Kuptel on the bench will do everything to get three points
