The North Macedonian national team U21 started the preparations for the qualifying matches against France in Le Mans on September 2 and against Serbia on September 7 in Ohrid, with huge problems in the team. The new coach Dragan Kanatlarovski is facing problems due to the absence of Mario Mladenovski (Botev Plovdiv), Adrian Hajdari (Rapid Vienna), and Dimitar Todorovski (Rabotnicki) who are positive on Covid-19. These are three of the last four defenders in the 4-4-2 system, while an additional problem is the absence of midfielder Amel Rustemoski from Swiss Will who is injured. The squad is concluded mostly with players from the North Macedonian championship, which is far away by quality from the Franch championship. France U21 squad has a lot of players with the potential to be world-class players, such as Gouiri (Nice), Diop (Monaco), Kalulu (AC Milan), Camavinga ( Rennes), and Kalimuendo (PSG). This will be a one-sided match, where the home team should score at least three goals without any major problems and open the Qualifications in a great manner.
