The coaching team of Banska Bystrica had to deal with many injury problems during the week. Coach Michal Scasny can’t count on Branislav Luptak (21/0), Michal Fasko (19/6), Martin Rymarenko (17/3), Lukas Migala (17/0), Adam Hanes (16/1), David Depetris (12/5), Lubos Kupcik (12/0) and Andrija Balic (2/2). Banska Bystrica is among the top six teams in the table, they secured the play-off, but they are far away from the European places, so coach Scasny said that this fact opens up a space for young players to get their opportunity. Dunajska Streda has made incredible progress defensively (the best team in the league). They are currently first in the table, with only 2 defeats in 22 rounds, and must take advantage of the home team’s absences and get the three points.
